Villa Carpe Diem is a stunning property celebrating the outdoor, perched on the hills in the area of Melissaki, conveniently located within a 10 min drive from Xila, one of the island's best beaches, 10 min drive from the island's main port (Korissia) and a 15 min drive from the island's marina (Vourkari). The stone-built villa instantly conveys a feeling of openness and relaxation, with its huge veranda and breathtaking views of the Aegean blue, right above the infinity swimming pool. The ample outdoor living space, with its large dining area and BBQ, two pergolas and comfortable loungers create the perfect summer setting for family and corporate receptions.

The villa's interior is stylishly decorated with eclectic furniture, conveying a sense of cosiness. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining room with large windows on two sides to enjoy the view, an open plan modern, fully-equipped kitchen and guest bathroom, and has direct access to the outdoor living area.The lower ground floor has 4 suites with ensuite bathrooms, two of which have access to their own terrace and sitting area with a pergola that enjoys the sea view. The Villa Carpe Diem has an upstairs Residence which is perfect for a couple who want to enjoy the Melisaki Sunset in their own terrace and to have the privacy of a Master Suite while their guests - whether family, friends or business colleagues - enjoy the rest of the villa. There is a Master Bathroom and large Closet.This is the perfect location for a two week extended holiday - using Kea as the base for trips around the Greek Islands.

Villa Carpe Diem (VCD Kea) is a lovely villa, in a serene environment with incredible views from Sunrise to Sunset. Tzia (or Kea) is one of Greece’s best-kept secrets. This island hideaway offers a rare combination of easy access (it is just a one-hour ferry trip away from Athens) and remoteness. Still largely undiscovered by foreigners, the island is a popular destination for Athenians. The beaches on the island are some of the best in the Cyclades offering beautiful sand and crystal blue waters. | Getting around | Airport: Athens, 40 min drive & 1 hr by boat or 15min by helicopter Town/Marina: Vourkari, 15 min drive Port: Korissia, 10 min drive Beach: 10 min drive or private cove under villa. Beautiful Otzias beach, an organised beach on the way to Vourkari, 9 km away from CarpeDiem, is roughly a 15-20 min drive. | Commodities | To get your supplies etc. you will need to visit the port, Korissia, which is about a 10-12 min from Carpe Diem Villa, at 3,2km. | Parking | Shaded parking space for two cars.
